You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund. You may also qualify for free return shipping if the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective product.
You may not qualify for a return, refund or exchange in case of the following:
- Products that are damaged due to transportation, misuse, abuse, negligence. For example packaging has been damaged, fallen into water, etc.
- Products showing signs of mishandling, internal or external alteration will not be accepted.
- Product damage caused by couriers or transport companies.
- Special Order merchandise or any product indicated on the website as non-returnable.
- In case a product works fine and after using it as instructed it shows a problem, you must go to the manufacturer to claim manufacturer warranty. Most manufacturers offer a one year warranty on all new equipment. During the warranty period, you may call the manufacturer to receive warranty service.

New: this product is brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged, in its original packaging. Packaging should be the same as what you can purchase at a retail store, unless the product is handmade or was packed by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.
Open Box: this product is in excellent, new condition with no wear. It may not be in its original packaging, or may be in its original packaging but not sealed. It includes original accessories. It may be a factory second or a new, unused product with defects. Please look for full details and description of imperfections, if any.
Renewed: a product that has been restored to working condition either by a manufacturer or a third party. The product has been tested, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. The product may or may not be in its original packaging.
Used: this product has been previously used. It has been tested, cleaned, and repaired to working order. It may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and in working condition.

Refunds on products returned and approved for a refund will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once the product has been received, inspected and approved for a refund we will credit your account.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We are not responsible for any product lost or stolen after the package has been delivered. To prevent your package from getting lost, please make sure to double check the Shipping address to ensure correct delivery. If a product returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer it has been returned by the post office, and automatically give customer refund for the purchase; however shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
